If Koko Analytics Pro is not the right fit for your site, you can always request a full refund within 30 days of purchase. No questions asked.
After 30 days, we can no longer issue refunds. This helps us keep pricing fair while continuing to provide support and updates for all customers.
How to request a refund
The fastest way is to reply directly to your welcome email. You can also contact us by email to let us know you would like a refund.
To help us find your payment quickly, please use the same email address linked to your Koko Analytics Pro account.
What happens next
Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Once approved, they usually appear on your bank statement within 5 to 10 business days.

In our 16 years of being in business, we have never refused a refund within the 30-day period. Not once.
