Is there a free version of Koko Analytics?
Yes, the core Koko Analytics plugin is free and always will be. Koko Analytics Pro adds geolocation, device and event tracking, UTM campaigns and email reports on top of it.
What are the available payment methods?
You can pay using most credit card brands or through PayPal. Your payment information is handled securely through our third-party payment processor Stripe.
What license do I need for multisite networks?
If you activate Koko Analytics Pro from a multisite, it counts as just a single activation. It does not matter how many sub-sites your multisite network has.
Can I up- or downgrade my license later on?
Yes. You can change your pricing plan whenever you wish with any leftover credit accounted for.
Can I get a refund if I am unhappy with the plugin?
You can always get a complete refund within 30 days of your purchase by contacting us and stating you would like a refund. We will honor your request, no questions asked.
Is the price a recurring fee?
Yes. Licenses automatically renew so that you keep on receiving plugin updates.
