Leaving comments

When visitors leave comments on this site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

If you leave a comment on our site you may choose to save your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

Viewing the demo dashboard

If you view our demo dashboard, we will set some cookies.

Koko Analytics Pro

When you purchase Koko Analytics Pro, we collect the following pieces of information:

– Name
– Email address
– (Business) address
– VAT number
– IP address

We do not store this information for longer than legally required for us to comply with Dutch laws. You can update this data directly from our account area.

We use Stripe to securely accept payments and may share some of the personal data listed above with them. Their privacy policy can be found here: https://stripe.com/privacy.

We use Mailgun to send out transactional emails, which sometime may contain some of the above pieces of personal data. Mailgun stores email message bodies for 7 days. You can find their privacy policy here: https://www.mailgun.com/legal/privacy-policy/.
